The educational facility building has been constructed with a concept of an "incubation space for accommodating and inspiring creative youths". Student saloons (three-tier atrium) have been installed for mutual exchange. The entire building has been designed as a three-dimensional campus. An unprecedented high-rise school building has been completed while paying full attention to the environment.

Three-dimensional (3D) systems played an important role in checking areas for which two-dimensional identification was difficult such as the façade with distinctive elliptical curved surface, points of interference between the building and equipment and a heliport with a retractable roof. 3D systems were also used for verifying daily work to have those concerned have common understanding of the plan effectively.
