In the high-rise building, classrooms (lower part), midair campus (medium-level part) and housing (higher part) have been integrated by a mega structure system mainly composed of four super walls on both sides. Seismic force is carried by the super walls and core frame. The internal space has been made highly flexible by minimizing the thickness of other columns. Seismic isolation systems controlled by computers have also been adopted.
